Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times: 5-7 days

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control such as weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers usually become active within 24–48 hours.

Lost or Stolen Packages

DreamBites is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary depending on location.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes required by their country.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assist you.
